27/2013 Establishment of a subsidiary under the name of Centrum Medyczne Diagnostyka Sp. z o.o. and filing the motion for its registration

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. would like to inform you about establishing a subsidiary under the name of Centrum Medyczne Diagnostyka Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company), with its registered office in Warsaw. Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED Spółka Akcyjna took over 50 shares with a nominal value of PLN 100.00 each in this company, i.e. shares with a total nominal value of PLN 5,000.00, constituting 100% of this company’s share capital.

The motion for registration of the newly established limited liability company in the register of entrepreneurs in the National Court Register was filed on 30 August 2013.
