28/2011 Conclusion of the lease agreement for office space at EMPARK Mokotów Business Park, for the purposes of the Call Centre of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“Company”) would like to inform you that on 14 November 2011 the Company received the lease agreement signed with MBP I Sp. z o.o. for office space at EMPARK Mokotów Business Park, Mercury building, located in Warsaw, at 3 Wołoska St.

The Call Centre of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED, until now located at the registered office of the Issuer in Warsaw, at 19 Słomińskiego St., appt. 524, will be moved to the office space leased with the floor area of 745.88 sq metres.

The relocation of the Call Centre is related to the development of the Issuer and significant increase in the customer base. Larger space will allow using a higher number of work places and hiring an optimal number of staff, as well as creating separate training and coaching rooms.
The agreement has been concluded for 60 months, starting the effective date, which falls on 1 December 2011. The total lease space equals 745.88 sq metres, and the estimated agreement value for the term of the agreement is EUR 669,258.00 net (PLN 2,944,735.20 based on the average exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland on the date of signing the agreement, i.e. 14 November 2011).
