30/2011 Conclusion of agreements for the provision of medical services with Robert Bosch Sp. z o.o. and Bosch Rexroth Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 29 November 2011 it concluded an agreement for the provision of medical services with the company Bosch Rexroth Sp. z o.o., and on 30 November 2011 – with the company Robert Bosch Sp. z o.o.

The subject of the concluded agreements is to provide medical services to employees of the companies and their families. The services will be provided at the facilities of the ENEL-MED Medical Centre and partner institutions throughout the country.

The agreements were concluded for an indefinite period from 1 December 2011. The value of the agreements depends on the number of persons covered by medical care in a given month and may reach approximately PLN 3.060.000 during the five years of the agreement.
