(“Company”) would like to inform you that on 10 September 2013 it received the information that Centrum Medyczne Diagnostyka Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A., in which the Issuer holds 50 shares with a total value of PLN 5,000.00, constituting 100% of the share capital of this company, was registered under number KRS0000475909 by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Business Department of the National Court Register.
