31/2012 Conclusion of agreements for provision of health care services in the field of diagnostic imaging: X-Ray, MRI and CT, and for lease of premises at the Bielański Hospital in Warszawa

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that on 28 November 2012 two agreements were signed with the Independent Public Health Care Institution, Bielański Hospital (“Hospital”): an agreement for provision of health care services and an agreement for lease of premises for performance of the above-mentioned services.

The agreement for provision of health-care services in the field of diagnostic imaging includes X-Ray, MRI and CT examinations.

The agreement is concluded for the period from 29 November 2012 to 28 November 2015. The value of the agreement depends on the number of examinations ordered by the Hospital and may amount to approximately PLN 5.814.811,00 gross per year.

The Hospital is entitled to deduct a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 500.000,00 in each case of failure to perform an examination covered by the scope of the agreement for a period exceeding 30 days. The above provision does not apply to situations in which the inability to provide the service is the result of a failure of the water, sewage, gas, central heating or electrical systems caused by an activity of a third party or force majeure.

The other agreement separately concluded with the Hospital on 28 November 2012 concerns the lease of premises for performance of the health care services. The object of the lease is the premises located in Warszawa at Cegłowska 80 in the building of the Hospital, which will be used to conduct medical activity in the field of diagnostic imaging: X-Ray, MRI and CT.

The agreement is concluded for the period from 29 November 2012 to 28 November 2015. and its approximate annual value amounts to PLN 586.676,82 gross.

Conclusion of these agreements begins the eighth year of cooperation between Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED and the Bielański Hospital in Warszawa.
