The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“Company”) would like to inform you that today it received the information from Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (General Open Pension Fund) (hereinafter: “Generali”) that as a result of acquiring the Company’s shares on 30 November 2011, Generali holds more than 10% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of ENEL-MED S.A.

Before the change in the percentage share, the number of shares held by Generali was 2,356,452 shares, which represented 9.999% of the current capital and 9.999% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.

After the change in the percentage share, the number of shares held by Generali is 2,356,452 shares, which represents 10,001% of the current capital and 10,001% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
