33/2012 Conclusion of agreements for provision of medical services with LG Cluster
The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that, on 13 December 2012, two agreements were signed with companies belonging to the LG Cluster: LG Display Poland Sp. z o.o. and LG Innotek Poland Sp. z o.o.
The subject matter of the agreements is provision of medical services to employees of both companies and their families. The services shall be provided at the LG Display Poland Medical Centre (the branch of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED), at the healthcare centres of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED and at other medical facilities cooperating with ENEL-MED.
The Agreements were concluded for the period of two years from 02 January 2013 to 31 December 2014. The value of the agreements depends on the number of persons covered by medical packages in a given month and may reach approximately PLN 2 million during the term of the agreements.
