36/2013 Formation of a company by Enelbud Sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.)
The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that on 24 October 2013 a limited liability company was established under the business name of Bonus Vitae Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (“Company”) with its registered office in Warszawa.
The share capital of the Company will be PLN 5.000,00 and will be divided into 100 equal and indivisible shares with a nominal value of PLN 50,00 each.
Shares in the share capital of the Company will be acquired as follows:
1) Enelbud Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A., took up 50 shares with the nominal value of PLN 50,00 each and the total value of PLN 2.500,00;
2) JH Group AG, with its registered office in St. Gallen, Swiss Confederation, took up 50 shares with the nominal value of PLN 50,00 each and the total value of PLN 2.500,00.
The object of the Company’s activity will be long-term medical care for the elderly.
