39/2013 Announcement of the Company’s Strategy
The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that, on 5 November 2013, it adopted a resolution on adoption of the Company’s Strategy for the years 2014–2016. On the same day, a positive opinion was issued on the Strategy by the Supervisory Board in accordance with Article 15(6) point 2 of the Articles of Association.
