4/2012 Conclusion of an agreement with the National Health Fund for provision of health care services at the diagnostic laboratories in Poznań and in Konin

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (the Company) announces that, on 23 January 2012, it was notified that the National Health Fund – the Greater Poland Voivodeship Branch in Poznań had signed the agreement for provision of health care services in the form of specialist outpatient care (computed tomography examinations) at the diagnostic laboratory in Poznań, located in the building of the F. Raszeja Hospital at Mickiewicza 2, and for the provision of magnetic resonance imaging examinations at the diagnostic laboratory in Konin, located at Szpitalna 45.

The agreement was concluded for the period of five years, and its value in the settlement period beginning on 01 January 2012 and ending on 31 December 2012 may reach the maximum amount of PLN 1.349.741,00.

The diagnostic laboratories in Poznań and Konin are ones of the 10 diagnostic laboratories conducted by Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.

Conclusion of this agreement starts another period of cooperation between Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. and the National Health Fund as regards provision of services in the field of computed tomography in Poznań and the first year of cooperation in the field of magnetic resonance imaging in Konin.
