4/2015 New Finance Director of the Company

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. hereby informs that the contract concluded for a 2-year term with Mr Zbigniew Nasiłowski, the Company’s Finance Director, expired on 31 March 2015.

From 1 April 2015, the role of Finance Director will be held by Mr Piotr Janaszek-Seydlitz who at present works in the Company in the capacity of Financial Controller. In the years 2005-2013, Mr Janaszek-Seydlitz held the capacity of Finance Director in the law office of Wierzbowski Eversheds. Furthermore, he holds a security broker’s license. He worked in the Centre of Capital Operations of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. as a stockbroker, and then as a bank dealer in the market of debt instruments. Mr Janaszek-Seydlitz was employed in the Company with the intention of assuming the duties of the Finance Director.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that it has obtained the information that the shareholders of the Company think of proposing Mr Zbigniew Nasiłowski as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

All issues related to the operating activities of the Company shall be continued without any interruptions.
