(”Issuer”) hereby announces that on 23 December 2013, the Management Board was informed that the District Court for the City of Warsaw, in Warsaw, the 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, had registered a company named Centrum Medyczne Diagnostyka Obrazowa spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, the Issuer’s subsidiary, in which the Issuer holds 50 shares with the total per value of PLN 5,000.00 (100% of the Company’s share capital). The registration number is KRS 0000491831.
