48/2014 Continuing to provide medical services to Philips Lighting Poland S.A.

The Board of ENEL-MED S.A. (the „Company”) announces that on 06 August 2014, the Company signed an agreement for the provision of medical services to the company Philips Lighting Poland S.A.

The contract covers the provision of medical services in occupational medicine and preventive actions to employees of Philips Lighting Poland S.A., rental of premises to perform the above services as well as equipment rental. Services will be provided in the Oddział Centrum Medycznego ENEL-MED NZOZ Przychodni Przyzakładowej „Philips” medical facility located on Kossaka 150 Street in Piła. Medical services beyond the scope of company clinic Przychodnia Przyzakładowa will be carried out in the departments of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED clinic as well as ENEL-MED partner facilitites.

The agreement was concluded for a period of three years and shall enter into force on 01.09.2014. It applies to both receivables (medical services), the value of which may amount to approx. 2,340,000.00 PLN net during the three years of the contract, as well as liabilities in the amount of 167,904.00 PLN net (over a three-year period).

The agreement initiates the fourth year of collaboration with the company Philips Lighting Poland S.A.
