49/2014 Termination of the master agreement

The Board of ENEL-MED S.A. [JSC] (the „Company”) hereby informs that on 11 August 2014, two agreements between the Company and Proscan sp. z o.o. [Ltd.] were concluded.

The first of the agreements relates to termination of the contract to perform services for the physical protection of facilities and property, signed on 04 March 2014, reported by the Company in the report no 11/2013. The agreement shall be terminated on 11 August 2014.

The second agreement concerns the termination of the contract to perform services for maintenance and daily service, concluded on 31 October 2013, reported by the Company in the report no 37/2013. The agreement shall be terminated on August 11, 2014.
