5/2014 The change of a shareholder in Bonus Vitae Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Enelbud Sp. z o.o. – a company controlled by the Issuer

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A hereby announces that, in accordance with the received notice, on 4 February 2014, JH Group AG, a company with its registered office in St.  Gallen (Swiss Confederation), holding 50 shares with a total value of PLN 2,500.00 representing 50% of the share capital of Bonus Vitae Sp. z o.o., entered into an agreement with Planet Group Investment GmbH, a company with its registered office in Austria (Vienna), for the sale of shares in the share capital of Bonus Vitae Sp. z o. o.

As a result of this agreement, JH Group AG sold its shares in Bonus Vitae Sp. z o.o. to Planet Group Investment GmbH, holding 100% of shares in the share capital of JH Group AG. The share of Enelbud Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A., has not changed. Enelbud Sp. z o.o. still holds 50 shares with a total value of PLN 2,500.00 representing 50% of the share capital of Bonus Vitae Sp. z o.o.
