6/2012 Dates of submitting periodic reports in the year 2012

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (the Company) announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2012:

1. Annual report for the year 2011: 20 March 2012 (Tuesday)
2. Quarterly report for the first quarter of the year 2012: 15 May 2012 (Tuesday)
3. Semi-annual report for the first half of the year 2012: 28 August 2012 (Tuesday)
4. Quarterly report for the third quarter of the year 2012: 13 November 2012 (Tuesday)

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that according to Article 101(2) and Article 102(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising the information required by the laws of a non-Member State as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, Item 259, as amended), the Company will not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of the year 2011 and for the second quarter of the year 2012.
