7/2013 Dates of submission of periodic reports in 2013

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. communicates to the public the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2013:

1. Annual report for the year 2013: 21 March 2013 (Thursday)
2. Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2013: 15 May 2013 (Wednesday)
3. Semi-annual report for the first half of 2013: 30 August 2013 (Friday)
4. Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2013: 13 November 2013 (Wednesday)

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that, according to Article 101(2) and Article 102(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising the information required by the laws of a non-Member State as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, Item 259, as amended), the Company will not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of the year 2012 and for the second quarter of the year 2013.
