9/2011 Registration of the share capital increase by the court

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“Company”) would like to inform you that today it received the current transcript of KRS 0000275255 including the entry of 21 June 2011 from the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Business Department of the National Court Register.

The entry pertains to the registration of 7,100,000 shares series D with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 (in words: one Polish zloty) each. At the same time, the share capital of the Company was increased from PLN 16,466,900.00 (sixteen million four hundred sixty six thousand nine hundred Polish zloty) to PLN 23,566,900.00 (in words: twenty three million five hundred sixty six thousand nine hundred Polish zloty) and comprises 23,566,900 (in words: twenty three million five hundred sixty six thousand nine hundred) shares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 (in words: one Polish zloty) each, including:
12,000,000 series A shares;
2,183,500 series B shares;
2,283,400 series C shares;
7,100,000 series D shares.

The total number of votes resulting from all shares issued after registration of the change is 23,566,900 (in words: twenty three million five hundred sixty six thousand nine hundred).
